Looking for somebody preferably to take over my lease or sublet for at least one semester. A cozy, fully furnished bedroom in a 4-bedroom apartment located on Spruce St, a few steps from Copa. Conveniently located 1 block from Acme (formerly FreshGrocer).
Bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and is shared with the other housemates. Past the bathroom is the living room. On the other side of the bedroom is the kitchen.
The apartment is located on the third floor of the building, which includes a newly renovated washer and dryer unit in the basement. Free parking is available.
Apartment is shared with 3 other housemates (who I lived with last year). They are all clean, quiet, and nice students at Penn; genuinely easy to live with.
Rent is $665/month, utilities included. Lease is until July 2018. If reletting, you may purchase the furniture.

While thousands of people have successfully used Pennlets to rent out a place or find a place to sublet, like anywhere on the web, there can sometimes be unscrupulous people trying to scam unsuspecting users. Beware of anyone asking you for an unusual financial transaction. Here's one that's been reported to us several times: someone agrees to rent your place and sends you a check or money order for too much money as a "mistake," and then asks you to write a check for the "extra" amount back to them or to a third party. DON'T FALL FOR IT! Cash the check or money order and verify with your bank that the funds have cleared before you issue a refund or take any further action with your renter.
