2 bedrooms are available from September 1st 2019 to June 30th 2020 in a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment above Cotoletta restaurant that overlooks Fitler Square. We occupy the second and third floor of this building via a staircase entrance on Pine street next to the restaurant.
Apartment comes fully furnished with a bed and a desk for each bedroom as well as the basics for the living room and kitchen – a TV, couch, dining table, dishwashing machine, plates, etc. Washer and dryer unit is in-house with central AC.
Utilities for electricity (heating) and wifi is separate and not included in the rent. Water is paid for by the restaurant downstairs and we use an electric stovetop so no gas payments.
Current Penn grad looking for other Penn students/grads to live with! Penn Shuttle East stops directly in front of the apartment (23rd and pine stop) and walking distance to Penn’s campus via the South Street bridge and to Center City.
CVS, Wawa, Starbucks, Rival Bros Coffee, 24th street barber all within 2 blocks. Every Saturday there’s a farmer’s market from 9am -1pm right in front of our house! (http://thefoodtrust.org/farmers-markets/market/fitler-square)
Landlord and I are both more than okay with cats and dogs if you have one.

Search for Sublets
Beware of scammers!
While thousands of people have successfully used Pennlets to rent out a place or find a place to sublet, like anywhere on the web, there can sometimes be unscrupulous people trying to scam unsuspecting users. Beware of anyone asking you for an unusual financial transaction. Here’s one that’s been reported to us several times: someone agrees to rent your place and sends you a check or money order for too much money as a “mistake,” and then asks you to write a check for the “extra” amount back to them or to a third party. DON’T FALL FOR IT! Cash the check or money order and verify with your bank that the funds have cleared before you issue a refund or take any further action with your renter.
