We are looking to sublet our amazing apartment for the summer, ideally starting mid-May through the end of August, but can be flexible on dates.

We are a mid-20s couple, one working professional and one law student. We are both moving to NYC this summer for work and will be moving back to this apartment in September – we LOVE it and are looking for a responsible person or couple to enjoy it while we’re gone.

The building is brand new and we are the first tenants in our unit (moved in September 2018), so all of the appliances are new and work great. These include: laundry (in unit), large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave.

The apartment is also fully furnished.

The unit is on the 16th floor of a 17-floor building and the living room has giant windows with amazing views of downtown Philly. The building has a gym on the 2nd floor with treadmills, ellipticals, machines, and free weights. There is also a lounge and rooftop area overlooking the city with couches, a pool table, outdoor fire pit and a shared grill.

The sublet process will go through the building management. Building managers work on-site Monday through Saturday and are extremely responsive.

The apartment is located near Drexel’s campus, and it’s a:
• 5 min walk to 34th Street or 30th Street Septa stations (can get to Center City in 15min)
• 5-10 min walk to 30th Street Train Station (Amtrak or Megabus)
• 12 min walk to UPenn
• 15 min walk to the Art Museum

Rent is $1,950/month, which includes all utilities (AC, electricity, water, Wi-Fi and basic cable). There is free trash/recycling on each floor. If you have a car, you can purchase a parking space in the building’s garage for a monthly fee. There is also plenty of street parking available.
